THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 20th day of April 2009, by and between CLS INVESTMENTS, LLC (the "Adviser"), a Nebraska limited liability company located at located at 4020 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68137 and HORIZON INVESTMENTS, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), a South Carolina limited liability company located at 7401 Carmel executive Park, Suite 106, Charlotte, North Carolina 28226, with respect to the Reservoir Fund (the “Fund”), a series of the ADVISORONE FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”).
