THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 18th day of November, 2011 as revised December 14, 2011, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Sierra Strategic Income Fund, (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust and the Advisor of such Fund, Wright Fund Management, LLC (the “Advisor”).
