THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 19th day of December, 2005, as amended on March 17, 2008, as revised on December 14, 2009 and March 26, 2014 by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Biondo Growth Fund (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust and the Advisor of the Fund, Biondo Investment Advisors, LLC (the “Advisor”).
