THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of January, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between 3D Systems Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Company”), and Jeffrey Blank (“Executive”).
