This will acknowledge that the undersigned hereby agrees to irrevocably purchase from Belmac Corporation (the "Company" or "Belmac"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida in February 1974, ____________ unit(s) (collectively the "Units") at a price of $60,000 per Unit. The Unit(s) to be purchased by the undersigned is (are) part of a private placement of securities (the "Private Placement") by the Company of up to 12 Units which is being effected on an best efforts basis by the Company.
