THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of the 30th day of September, 2004 (this “Agreement”), is made by and between VESTA INSURANCE GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation with its principal offices in Birmingham, Alabama (the “Borrower”) and FIRST COMMERCIAL BANK, an Alabama banking corporation (the “Lender”).
