Monthly Sublease Base Rent: (1) The rental rate shall be Four Thousand One Hundred Eleven and 59/100 Dollars ($4,111.59) per month for the period June 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000. (2) The rental rate shall be Four Thousand Two Hundred Ninety One and 53/100 Dollars ($4,291.53) per month for the period January 1, 2001 through December 30, 2001.
