This letter is to confirm that Wells Fargo Bank, National Association ("Bank"), subject to all terms and conditions contained herein, has agreed to make available to GameTech International, Inc. ("Borrower") a revolving line of credit under which Bank will make advances to Borrower from time to time up to and including March 31, 2000, not to exceed at any time the maximum principal amount of Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000.00) ("Line of Credit"), the proceeds of which shall be used to finance Borrower's working capital requirements.

This letter amendment (this "Amendment") is to confirm the changes agreed upon between WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ("Bank") and GameTech International, Inc. ("GameTech") and Bingo Technologies Corporation ("Bingo") (individually and collectively, "Borrower") to the terms and conditions of that certain letter agreement between Bank and Borrower dated as of August 19, 1998, as amended from time to time (the "Agreement"). For valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Bank and Borrower hereby agree that the Agreement shall be amended as follows to reflect said changes.

("Distributor"), with principal offices located at 11006 Metric Blvd. Austin, Texas 78758. GameTech and Distributor are sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
