or, if less, the principal amount of, and interest accrued on, all Loans made by the Lender from time to time pursuant to that certain Credit and Security Agreement dated as of January 31, 2002 (together with all amendments and other modifications, if any, from time to time hereafter made thereto, the "Credit Agreement") among the Borrowers and the Lender. This Revolving Credit Note is being executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to subsection 2.1(f) of the Credit Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein and not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Credit Agreement.
