THIS CONSUMER PLEDGE AGREEMENT dated January 30, 2002, is entered into between Elena Delgado (referred to below as "I") and Irwin Financial Corporation (referred to below as "Lender"). GRANT OF SECURITY INTEREST. To secure the Indebtedness described below (including all obligations under the Note and this Agreement), I grant to Lender a security interest in all of the Property described below. I understand that the following statements set forth my responsibilities, as well as Lender's rights concerning the Property. I agree as follows: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION.
