FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, JONES MEDIA NETWORKS, LTD., a Colorado corporation ("Borrower"), hereby promises to pay to the order of Gary Schonfeld ("Lender"), at 45 Kerry Lane, Chapaqua, New York 10514, or at such other address as the Lender shall designate in writing, the principal amount of Fifty-Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).
