Heavy objects will, if considered necessary by Landlord, stand on wood strips of such thickness as is necessary to distribute the weight properly. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such property from any cause, and all damage done to the Building by moving or maintaining such property will be repaired at the expense of the moving tenant. Landlord may inspect all such property to be brought into the Building and to exclude from the Building all such property which violates any of these rules and regulations or the lease of which these rules and regulations are a part. Supplies, goods, materials, packages, furniture and all other items of every kind delivered to or taken from the Premises will be delivered or removed through the entrance and route designated by Landlord.
