This Employment Agreement, (the "Agreement") dated November 14, 2001 effective as of September 28, 2000, between Metromedia International Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation c/o Metromedia Company, One Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, New Jersey 07073 (the "Company"), the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Metromedia International, Inc. ("MII") and Carl C. Brazell, Jr., residing at 110 Limekiln Rd., Redding, Connecticut 06896 (the "Executive").
