This Executive Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made effective June 3, 2002, by and between Duratek, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal place of business at 10100 Old Columbia Road, Columbia, Maryland 21046 (hereinafter, "Company"), and Robert E.
