THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of October, 2009, by and between CollPlant Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”) and Yehiel Tal, Israel I.D No. XXXXXXX, residing at 2 Hamaish St., Zichron Yaakov, 30900, Israel (“Employee”.
