This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of December 21, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between MedImmune, Limited, a limited liability company duly authorized and existing under the laws of England and Wales (“MedImmune”) and Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, Ltd., a Bermuda exempted company (“Licensee”).
