The Company, the BVI Subsidiaries, the HK Companies, the PRC Subsidiaries, the PRC Affiliates and Anquyun (Tianjin) Information Technology Co., Ltd. (安趣云（天津）信息技术有限公司) are referred to collectively herein as the “Group Companies”, and each, a “Group Company”.
