Colorado Boulevard, Suite 299, Pasadena, California 91101 (“Landlord”), and NEXTCURE, INC., a Delaware corporation, having an address at Suite 140, 8000 Virginia Manor Road, Beltsville, Maryland 20705 (“Tenant”).
