THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into as of September 29, 2008, (“Effective Date”) by and between Progressive Gaming International Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“PGIC” or the “Company”), and Terrance Oliver (“Employee”). This specifically supersedes any prior agreement between the parties related to the employment of Employee.
