THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into by and among THE MACERICH COMPANY, a Maryland corporation (the "Company"), THE MACERICH PARTNERSHIP, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the "Partnership") and William Voegele (the "Executive"), effective as of September 1, 2019 (the "Effective Date") (but binding on the Company, the Partnership and the Executive (the "Parties") immediately upon execution).
