This Consultant Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Sky Petroleum, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Company”), and ETDDM Corporation, a Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles (“Consultant”), effective the 1st of December, 2011 (the “Effective Date”).
