THIS LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of December 31, 2013 (as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), between BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association, having an address at 214 North Tryon Street, NC1-027-15-03, Charlotte, North Carolina 28255 (together with its successors and/or assigns, “Lender”) and THOSE ENTITIES LISTED ON EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO, each a Michigan limited liability company and each having an address at The American Center, 27777 Franklin Road, Suite 200, Southfield, Michigan 48034 (individually and/or collectively, as the case may be, together with its successors and/or assigns, “Borrower”).
