THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT is entered into as of the 15th day of February, 2022, by and between C&F FINANCIAL CORPORATION, a Virginia corporation (the “Holding Company”), C&F MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a Virginia corporation (the “Subsidiary Company”) (collectively Holding Company and Subsidiary Company shall be referred to herein as “Company”), and Bryan E.
