THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of February 21, 2006 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Royal Financial, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Royal Financial”), Royal Savings Bank (the “Bank” and together with Royal Financial, hereinafter the “Employer”), and Leonard Szwajkowski (hereinafter called the “Executive”).
