THIS NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made this _____ day of October, 2006, evidences the award of 500,000 nonqualified stock options (each an “Option” or collectively the “Options”) that have been granted to you, WADE R. BRADLEY (“Optionee”), effective as of November 6, 2006 (the “Grant Date”), in fulfillment of the obligations of Electric Aquagenics Unlimited, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), under Section 3(a)(iii) of that certain employment agreement entered into between the Optionee and the Company on October _____, 2006 (the “Employment Agreement”) and subject to and conditioned upon the Optionee’s agreement to the terms described below.
