This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 11, 2014 (the “Agreement Date”) by and among, Astro-Med, Inc., a Rhode Island corporation (“Purchaser”) and Miltope Corporation, an Alabama corporation (the “Seller”).
