THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made this 17th day of October, 2006, by and among NORTHEAST COMMUNITY BANK, a federally chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), SUSAN BARILE (the “Executive”), and NORTHEAST COMMUNITY BANCORP, INC., (the “Company”) a federally chartered corporation and the holding company of the Bank, as guarantor.
