THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made this 13th day of March, 2007, by and among NORTHEAST COMMUNITY BANK, a federally chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), MICHAEL GALLINA (the “Executive”), and NORTHEAST COMMUNITY BANCORP, INC., (the “Company”) a federally chartered corporation and the holding company of the Bank, as guarantor.
