THIS PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (the “Participation Agreement”) is entered into as of the 1st day of April, 2009 by and between NORTHEAST COMMUNITY BANK (the “Employer”), and SUSAN BARILE, an executive of the Employer (the “Participant”).
