This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 11th day of April, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Georgetown Savings Bank, a federally chartered savings Bank with its principal office in Georgetown, Massachusetts (the “Bank”), and Joseph W. Kennedy (“Executive”). The Board of Directors of the Bank (the “Board”) shall be the authority for the enforcement of this Agreement. Any reference herein to the “Company” shall mean Georgetown Bancorp, Inc., the stock holding company of the Bank.
