THIS COLLABORATION AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 31, 2015 (the “ Effective Date ”), by and between NEUROCRINE BIOSCIENCES , I NC . , a Delaware corporation (“ Neurocrine ”), having an address of 12780 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130, U.S., and MITSUBISHI TANABE PHARMA CORPORATION , a corporation organized under the laws of Japan (“ MTPC ”), having an address of 6-18, Kitahama 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Osaka 541-8505, Japan. Neurocrine and MTPC may be referred to herein individually as a “ Party ” or collectively as the “ Parties ”.
