The Olivia Greets Standard Reseller Agreement is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (“Definitive Agreement”) by and between Merrick Healthcare Solutions, LLC DBA Olivia Greets, a Delaware limited liability company, having a principal place of business at 233 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 2330, Chicago, IL 60601 (“Olivia Greets”) and Merge Healthcare Incorporated, having a principal place of business at 6737 W. Washington St., Suite 2250, Milwaukee, WI 53214 (“Company”).
