This Assignment of Mortgages (this “Assignment”) is being executed and delivered by BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association (“Assignor”) to DETROIT BEHAVIORAL INSTITUTE, INC., a Massachusetts corporation (“Assignee”) pursuant to, and in furtherance of the arrangements provided for in, that certain Loan Sale Agreement by and between Assignor, as Seller, and Assignee, as Buyer, dated as of October 12, 2010 (the “Agreement”).
