This FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of April 20, 2021, by and among SIGMATRON INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), the other Loan Parties party hereto (if any), and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. (“Lender”).
