As we have discussed, the purpose of this Letter Agreement (this “Letter Agreement”) is to set forth our mutual agreement regarding the terms and conditions of your retirement from Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (“Beazer” and, together with its subsidiaries and related entities, the “Company”).
