This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered into this 4th day of December 2006, by and between Duckwall-ALCO Stores, Inc., a Kansas corporation (the "Company"), and Phillip D. Hixon, an individual (the “Employee”).
