This SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of August 22, 2019 by and between Tractor Supply Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Gregory A. Sandfort (the “Executive”) and amends and restates that certain Amended and Restated Employment Agreement by and between the Company and Executive dated as of March 17, 2015.
