This Separation Agreement (referred to herein as “Agreement”) is made as of the 17th day of April between Integrys Energy Group, Inc. and Integrys Business Support, LLC (collectively referred to as the “Company”) and Joseph P. O’Leary (“O’Leary”). O’Leary enters into this agreement on behalf of himself, and his heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and representatives of any kind, if any.
