THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 5th day of April, 2019 by and between FARO Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), and Michael Burger (“Executive”), to be effective as of June 17, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
