This Agreement is entered into between CIBER, Inc., (“Company”) and Christian Mezger (“Executive”) as of this 14 day of April, 2014. This Agreement supersedes the Employment Agreement between the parties dated June 10, 2013. Executive retains his service date with Company of June 24, 2011.

THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of March 25, 2014 by and between CIBER, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and DAVID PETERSCHMIDT (the “Executive”).
