Dynagas LNG Partners LP, a limited partnership organized under the laws of The Republic of The Marshall Islands (the “Partnership”), confirms its agreement (this “Agreement”) with Virtu Americas LLC (“Virtu”) and DNB Markets, Inc. (“DNB”, together with Virtu, each an “Agent”, and, collectively, the “Agents”) as follows:
