Box 5301, Clinton, New Jersey 08809 (hereinafter “Landlord”), and UNITY BANK, (formerly, First Community Bank) a banking institution organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, having its principal offices at 64 Old Highway 22, Clinton, New Jersey 08809, (hereinafter “Lessee”).
