ROWE PRICE FIXED INCOME SERIES, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (hereinafter called the "Corporation"), and T. ROWE PRICE INVESTMENT SERVICES, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland (hereinafter called the "Distributor").
