This MASTER LEASE (the “Master Lease”) is entered into as of February 21, 2023, but is effective as of January 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GLP Capital, L.P. This EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT (this "Agreement'') is entered into and shall be effective on this 11th day of October 2021 (the "Effective Date"), by Penn National Gaming, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the "Company"), and the senior executive who has executed this Agreement below ("Executive").
