Thank you for agreeing to serve as a nominee for election to the Board of Directors of PLX Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), in connection with the proxy solicitation that Potomac Capital Partners II, L.P. (the “Partnership”), Potomac Capital Management II, L.L.C., Potomac Capital Partners III, L.P., Potomac Capital Management III, L.L.C., Potomac Capital Partners L.P., Potomac Capital Management, L.L.C., Paul J. Solit, and Eric Singer are considering undertaking to nominate and elect directors at the Company’s 2013 annual meeting of stockholders, or any other meeting of stockholders held in lieu thereof, and any adjournments, postponements, reschedulings or continuations thereof (the “Solicitation”).
