This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 23, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (“Aerojet Rocketdyne” or the “Company), having its principal place of business at 2001 Aerojet Road, Rancho Cordova, California 95742 and Eileen P. Drake (“Executive”, and the Company and Executive collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
