THIS CARBON DIOXIDE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this 2nd day of April, 2013, between Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC, (“SIRE”) and EPCO Carbon Dioxide Products, Inc.
