This LOAN MODIFICATION AGREEMENT (the “Modification”) is entered into as of October 13, 2014, by and between the Lender(s), Borrower(s) and Guarantor(s) listed on the Loan Schedule referred to below. References in this Modification to “Lender,” “Borrower,” and “Guarantor” shall be construed to mean and refer to each such Lender, Borrower, and Guarantor, respectively.
