This Agreement made and entered into effective as of Mar 6th, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Ying Hua (Yinghua) Chen, an individual resident of Nevada (“Employee”), and Allied Gaming & Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), collectively referred to as “the Parties”.
