This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of the date signed (the “Effective Date”), by and between Incentra Solutions, Inc., a Nevada corporation with its headquarters located in Boulder, Colorado (the “Employer”), and Matthew Richman (the “Executive”).
